VacationClub Resort is a modern apartment complex located in Poland. We’ve built a website for our Partner to attract potential buyers interested in purchasing apartments by the Baltic Sea and motivate investors to consider this investment.

Challenge

The contact person on our Partner's side is the Technology & E-commerce Manager. They reached out to us through a recommendation. Our Partner needed a website for the Vacation Club Resort investment to effectively promote the apartments for sale. It's worth noting that the website will only be available until all the apartments are sold.

The main purpose of the website is to attract potential buyers interested in purchasing apartments by the Baltic Sea and inform them about the availability of apartments. The website also provides information about the VacationClub investment plans (number of apartments, their sizes, interior designs, amenities) and offers access to contact details for inquiries.

Project's scope

After our Partner presented the website concept and the design, we worked on the project for about a month. A single meeting to present the vision was enough to kickstart the work. We took care of the frontend development, tested the website and handled the project management. 

The project included integration with the Develogic API – a standard solution in real estate sales systems in Poland.

Solution

For our Partner, it was crucial to select solutions within a certain budget that would provide an easily manageable property management panel. After analysis, we opted for WordPress, which significantly reduced the implementation time compared to alternatives like PHP.

Communication

We maintained communication with our Partner through a dedicated Slack channel and used Google Meet for video calls. For project management, we used Jira software.
